- Net Operating Income ÷ Value = Capitalization Rate

Should you have interest in a property, please send me an e-mail asking for additional information on the property and I will send you whatever I can on it. Should you decide that you want a viewing, contact me via e-mail or cell phone and I will make the necessary arrangements.
A bit of advice is to do a drive by to be sure it is in a neighborhood you'd consider buying in. Real Estate agents can be very creative with the photos posted to MLS. For example; if a property is next to a loud fire station or business, it will most likely not be apparent in the photos.
